Who can do SUP yoga?
SUP yoga is suitable for anyone over the age of 18 or children aged 12+ with an accompanying adult. Each class tailors the poses to the individual. It doesn't matter if you do the poses sitting, kneeling or standing and it certainly doesn't matter if you can't do a headstand! Keep an open mind and don't compare yourself to all the photos you see on the web.
