Internet, Mail Order and In Store Purchases

Online Prices

Prices displayed on our website are only accurate at the time of writing and can therefore be considered a guide price. Some prices are subject to change due to stock levels. If in doubt please contact us to get the most up to date information on prices and stock levels. – Thank you!

Online Payments

A new basket system is about to be set up – more details to follow.

In the mean time call or email your order through.

Orders

When we order something for you that is not in stock we are at the mercy of our suppliers and or manufacturers.

We may indicate when the particular item will arrive but in reality we can only confirm its arrival when it has actually landed in the shop.

Our standard order procedure involves calling customers as soon as the stock arrives in store, so it is not necessary for you to chase up.

However, if you would like an update on the status of your order feel free to call or email any time.

POSTAGE

Postage for Accessories

We take mail ordered accessories to our local post office. This may seem like more hassle for us, but, we like the fact that if you are not in when the parcel arrives you can pick it up at your local depot. Other couriers have very few depots that are for most people hard to get to and arrange re – delivery can end up being fruitless again.

Postage Costs

This obviously varies dependant on the packed’ size and weight of the particular item /s you have ordered. – please call for an estimate.

Postage for Boats

We currently do not post out any boats with the exception of inflatables .

However we are happy to sign over goods to a courier service set up by yourself. This is obviously under your instruction and at your own risk. After the item has been handed over to your chosen courier and is outside the shop WCK are no longer responsible or for the package.

Postage for Paddles

We currently do not post Kayak paddles unless they are split paddles; We will also post canoe paddles. Please contact us for prices of postage for paddles.
