AKA 'Ché-noble' Boat: Elios Carbon comp tandem sea kayak - many others Owner and director of his very own mobile outdoor centre 'Total Adventure' - for 15+ years! Paul is also joint owner and director of 'Windermere Canoe Kayak' and 'Grizedale Mountain Bikes'. Paul is also an 'Adventure Racing' fanatic- spending all hours training, competing and of course organising his very own adventure racing events for corporate clients and charities. - How does he fit it all in?!
AKA: Andy 'sandles and socks!'Beavon Boat: Plastimo Inflatable (no really!) Andy is joint owner and director of 'Grizedale Mountain Bikes' and 'Windermere Canoe Kayak' Andy spends most of his time managing the company accounts- and not forgetting the task of running Grizedale Mountain bikes along with Sam Noble- the third and final director of the company.

When not hiding in the office, Bobo is partial to a bit of gnarly climbing, extreme mountain biking, Hardcore hick banjo playing and the mercyless disposal of helpless trees. This quintessential European Man now rides to work in a more eco friendly way... on his KTM Duke2 640 and for breakfast has an espresso and a Danish...but not a rollie these days.
AKA 'Stid' Boat: Blisstick Scud / Dagger Kingpin Predominately watersports orientated matt is most likely to be found at Winderemere Canoe Kayak, where his experience and expertise will guide you through the mine field that is modern day 'paddle sports'. Through Matts instructional experience Winderemere Canoe Kayak is able to offer it's customers comprehensive canoe or kayak training, guiding and assessments. Matt is also responsible for running Windermere Canoe Kayaks' very own canoe club at the local pool (Troutbeck Bridge Swimming Pool) and on the lake outside the shop (Windermere). Also trained as a general outdoor instructor Matt regularly finds himself working for Total Adventure and Grizedale Mountain Bikes too!
Tim Dalzell - Part time Shop Assistant AKA 'Timbo' Boat: whatever he can get his hands on!! Keen Paddler and full time 'posh nosh' Chef, Tim is full of enthusiasm for all things outdoors. Careful if he's had a coffee though! Tim is always keen to help out with any query concerning canoeing, kayaking,recipes/cooking, or anything else for that matter!
AKA 'Steffer' or 'Oi' Boat: Lil Joe Stef has now finished studying for a degree in Outdoor Studies at the University of Cumbria, Ambleside and is wondering what will be written here when time goes on and the previous is no longer relevant! A keen climber, vegetable patch enthusiast (Viva la revolution, grow yer own!) closet kayaker all those other outdoor things and something of an artiste!
Katie Watson - Shop assistant and instructor AKA 'short stuff' and ' Better late than never!' Boat; Inazone 222 and Liquid Logic Pocket rocket Katie has just finished a degree in outdoor studies at the university of Cumbria, Ambleside. She is a definate water baby and keen Kayak coach, though also enjoys the staff training days that seam to involve hard core climbing (ok maybe not so hard core)!!!! In the shop she is our female Kayak coach and has a nack for all things female. If you want a female touch to your kit she is definatley the person to ask! Katie has recently moved into a caravan, but everyone's welcome here!
